Residential in East York (2)

In East York, Toronto, this project with over 1200 square foot plus basement was designed and renovated by Royal Triangle. This house was fully renovated from top to bottom with new plan, roof, windows, kitchen, floor, bathrooms, walk out door, deck, mechanical system, plumbing and much more.

We discussed with our client about their needs and requirements then prepared new architectural plans with all information. After finalizing the architectural plan with initial budgeting, we started construction phase from obtaining the permits to finish the project on the schedule and budget.
