In East York, Toronto, this project is over 2200 square foot livable space. This project is unique in neighborhood.

We had several meetings with our clients regarding their needs and requirements, budget and timelines.

We prepared preliminary architectural plan and after finalizing them, obtained COA approval and building permits. Since we started the construction, our team managed and controlled cost and schedule and have consultation with our client regarding their desired material and  interior design. Finally, the last step was final check list to have everything completed based on client’s needs.
