In North York, Toronto, this new semi-detached project in 3-storey with about 5000 square foot in 2 units designed and built for our client. Royal Triangle severed the old bungalow lot and built this new house based on our client’s need and requirement.

We prepared all building drawings and got COA consent for our client and made 2 freehold single-family house.

Units are different in interior decor and design. All construction stages were on schedule and timeline with budget control.
