In North York, Toronto, this project with over 1700 square foot plus basement was designed and renovated by Royal Triangle. This house was fully renovated from top to bottom with new layout, windows, kitchen, floor, bathrooms, walk out door, deck, mechanical system, plumbing and much more.

our team discussed with the client about their needs and  requirements. then prepared new architectural plans with new In-Law’s suite in basement with all other specs and information. After finalizing the architectural plan with initial budgeting, we started construction phase from obtaining the permits to finish the project on the schedule and budget.
