PROCESS

ROYAL TRIANGLE

In general, each project has four main stages:

  • 1- Project discussion and data gathering,
  • 2- Design, procurement, crew selection, and permit application,
  • 3- Execution,
  • 4- Delivery.

These stages are quite general. Sometimes depending on the nature of the project, for instance commercial turnkey project, more steps are required. Some of these steps require diverse team of experts to work together. Regardless of the nature of the step and number of teams involved, our sales department are always in contact with the clients to inform of the outcome and get the approval.

Please note, all steps performed in Royal Triangle and backed by our Guarantee over the quality, budget, and time.

Let’s talk about your Needs

The works starts with understanding our customer’s needs. We will review your list of must-haves and discuss all potential routes and cost associated with that. in addition to sales department, our team member from technical department join the discussion to make sure we capture all the points

Design and Application Process

In the design process, a group is assembled to obtain the project from sales department and prepare all the project pieces needed for a successful and flawless execution. This team main task is to complete the design, select the supplier (according to the need of the customer/ project), complete scheduling, complete budgeting, file the application in the City, and get the City approval/Permit. Other document generated in this stage are Surveys, As-Built drawings, sketches and CAD plans, and any related regulatory permits (for commercial buildings- contaminant level measurement for instance).  Sometimes this team execute the project [upon receiving the permit] depending the size of the project.

By the end of this step, team develop an internal document called Customer Guide Sheet (CGS). This document has to be signed by the client. Without client’s approval project won’t proceed to the execution step. This document set the milestones, budget, materials, and services and will be used further to create progress report to make sure the project is on track on both scheduling and monetary performance. This will give the client peace of mind and extra assurance over the completion of the project.

During the Execution
